Tracy Kennedy
LPC, AADC

Tracy Kennedy is a Licensed Professional Counselor and an Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor. In addition to holding two licenses, Tracy is also trained to be able to provide EMDR techniques which can help with trauma healing as well as other mental health symptoms. She enjoys counseling and providing guidance to all populations and has a special passion to see individuals and families succeed by breaking the cycle of addiction. Tracy is one of the kindest people you will meet. She has a heart that genuinely cares about her patients and she is dedicated to her purpose of providing counseling to help others. Outside of therapy, she is an outdoorsy kind of girl and you will find her riding four-wheelers, kayaking, and being out and about with her family. 

Julie Oglesby

Julie Oglesby is a dually Licensed Professional Counselor and Marriage and Family Therapist. Julie is the founder of Inspired Counseling and has the vision of gathering exceptional therapist practicing together under one roof to provide specialized care to all of Polk County and surrounding underserved areas. Julie is passionate about empowering others to grow and become the best versions of themselves. “I love seeing people grow and change through the journey that comes with counseling. I believe we are all created with a longing to have community and belonging in our relationships and that is why I have such a passion for helping others have healthy relationships.” Julie is also passionate about helping people move through grief and working through anxiety and depression, marital issues, parenting issues, and difficult life changes and concerns that people face in todays world.

Julie has had post graduate specialized trainings in Emotion Focused Therapies and Gottman Institute trainings to equip her in being knowledgeable to work with couples and relationships in general. In addition, she uses a variety of techniques for working with individuals and some of them include Cognitive Behavioral Techniques and Client Centered Techniques among a variety of others that are used as needed for each individual client. Julie loves horses, “glamping”, boating, and most of all…spending time laughing at her toddler and preschool age children.

Stephanie Matthews

Stephanie has been in the field of social work since 2000 and began her career as a therapist in 2009. She has extensive experience in working with children, teens, and adults across all ages and stages of life development. Stephanie enjoys helping people learn new ways of healing and coping with a variety of issues. She has an extra passion for walking people through grief, trauma, ptsd, bipolar, schizophrenia, and helping children with ADHD and Autism. For Stephanie it's not just a job. She describes her work as “rewarding” as she is able to help them learn new skills coping, healing, and leading them in experiencing new ways of experiencing life.

Some of the main therapy approaches that Stephanie uses include Person-Centered, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Emotional Freedom Techniques, and Brainspotting. Outside of the therapy you will find her spending lots of time with her family on their farm and tending to her farm animals and garden. She also enjoys cooking, reading, and just about anything outdoors. Stephanie is such a patient and kind sole and she is so easy to be around.

Rhonda

Rhonda Peppers

Rhonda Is a Licensed Professional Counselor and a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Addiction Counselor. She has extensive trainings in trauma and is EMDR Certified to be able to provide trauma informed care. Rhonda is such a knowledgeable and wise therapist who comes with twenty-eight years of experience in the mental health field. What we love most about Rhonda is her natural ability to makes people feel welcome and at ease within minutes of being around her.

Rhonda states, “I believe each person is unique and an expert in their own life. I provide an objective, respectful, and compassionate views to assist a person in areas that may hinder them from being the best version of themselves.” Rhonda works with each person to establish their life goals and a path to accomplishing them. She is trained in several therapy techniques and often uses Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and EMDR as tools to assist therapy along the way. Although she works with a variety of concerns that people experience, she has a passion in assisting people through trauma. “My definition of trauma is anything that causes you to feel "stuck" and prevents you from living your life joyfully.”

Brandi Titsworth

Brandi is a Licensed Professional Counselor who is passionate about watching her patients learn and grow through counseling. She says, “Watching someone begin to learn about themselves and then feel better is an amazing thing to be part of.”

Brandi has been in the field of therapy for 18 years and has a wealth of experience and knowledge within her. She is passionate about helping all people dealing with various situations and has a unique interest in working with those struggling with depression, PTSD, mood episodes, anxiety, parenting issues, and those going through life transitions.

She is a talented therapist who uses a variety of skill sets and techniques in her sessions. Her most commonly used approaches stem from training she has in EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Adlerian techniques, and Person Centered Therapy. What we love most about Brandi is her outgoing nature that makes her so easy to be around and to get to know. Without doubt, you feel heard and cared for within minutes of stepping in her office.
